Cannot create Phoenix JDBC river in Elasticsearch

Question

Programs: Hbase 0.98, Elasticsearch 1.4.2, and Phoenix 4.2.2

When trying create a JDBC river for Elasticsearch

Please replace jdbc:phoenix:localhost with jdbc:phoenix:localhost:/hbase-unsecure
