HERE - Error 403 with regionDefinition type circle

Question

I'm migrating from version 7 to version 8 to submit a matrix for calculation.

I receive this error when I post to https://matrix.router.hereapi.com/v8/matrix?apiKey=MY_API_KEY&async=false :
