Sitecore - Object reference not set to an instance of an object - Launchpad

Question

I have this error in Sitecore, whenever I click on the launchpad icon. The desktop mode works really fine, but content editor, and experience editor can only be accessed through the desktop mode, and that is it. And when I open, for example Page 1 in experience editor, again I am presented with this error.

Here is the error:

If anybody is wondering, I have changed the bin folder, and web.config, so maybe that can be case of this error?
