truffle fails to install on MacOS High Sierra

Question

I am trying to run this command on my Mac High Sierra (10.13.6) :

npm install -g truffle

But keep getting the following error:

The above link indeed worked for me. I was using Node V17 (odd number) and have now switched to V16 and all working well now.
