Wordpress site copy just redirects to live site

Question

I am having issues with my live site so I made a copy and migrated it manually. Using the standard SQL Query:

UPDATE wp_options SET option_value = replace(option_value, 'http://www.oldurl', 'http://www.newurl') WHERE option_name = 'home' OR option_name = 'siteurl';

UPDATE wp_posts SET guid = replace(guid, 'http://www.oldurl','http://www.newurl');

UPDATE wp_posts SET post_content = replace(post_content, 'http://www.oldurl', 'http://www.newurl');

UPDATE wp_postmeta SET meta_value = replace(meta_value,'http://www.oldurl','http://www.newurl');

But now when I enter the URL to the site it forwards to the actual live site. If you go to this text link you can see the behavior: http://www.testrachryracing2.com.php53-25.ord1-1.websitetestlink.com/

Why is this happening? I don't see any redirects in the config file.
