I am trying to downgrade my numpy version to 1.16.6 due to a dependency on installing mxnet package, which only works with python<=1.17.0. I already understood that mxnet installation is very consuming so I tried to perform the downgrading of numpy.
I tried downgrade using
pip install --upgrade numpy==1.16.6
But I got the following list of errors:

Has anybody any solution to this?
I also tried pip install --use-pep517 --upgrade numpy==1.16.6 as suggested here: https://github.com/pypa/pip/issues/8559 but still hasn't worked..
Any help is welcome!
