Installed "cypress-xpath" plugin into Cypress (according to the instructions), inserted "require('cypress-xpath')" into my e2e.js file, used cy.xpath(...) and run the test.
While in test execution, it popped Error message, below:
Cannot create property 'type' on string 'xpath'
EDIT: This is my e2e.js
// This example support/e2e.js is processed and
// loaded automatically before your test files.
//
// This is a great place to put global configuration and
// behavior that modifies Cypress.

// Import commands.js using ES2015 syntax:
import './commands'
// Alternatively you can use CommonJS syntax:
// require('./commands')
require('cypress-xpath')
The error is thrown just after "require('cypress-xpath')" in this file. Does anyone know how to handle this?
