Couldn't import Google Map API

Question

Here' my error message:

And here's my android/build.gradle

At first, I did't change anything about the code, and the emulator showed a error "API key not found", but I thought my AndroidManifest.xml file doesn't have question.

You have a typo in your code.
It must be classpath("com.google.gms:google-services:4.4.1" instead of classpath("com.google.gms.google-services:4.4.1".
Notice the symbol after gms.
