I have an integration with docusign and recently moved from development to production.
I have a hook pointing to my app for events in the envelopes (send, read...). this hook was working when the integration was in development mode, but when I moved it to production it does not work, and it is not a problem of my app, since I have tested it using postmant and everything, I have checked the logs when I send a document to sign and I notice that it does not generate logs, so my conclusion is that docusign is not sending events.
Have you recreated your Connect configuration on your production account after you promoted your integration key?
Configurations created on your demo account will not be copied over and will solely rest in your demo account
