Encountering Deployment Error with AWS CDK: Despite Bootstrapping

Question

I encounter an issue when deploy cdk app using command 'cdk deploy'. The error is following.

i tried to bootstrap account using command 'cdk bootstrap'. but above error is still persists. I'm using nvm version 0.38.0, node version v18.19.1, cdk version 2.133.0 (build dcc1e75), aws cli version 'aws-cli/2.15.32 Python/3.11.8 Linux/5.15.146.1-microsoft-standard-WSL2 exe/x86_64.ubuntu.22 prompt/off' and Python 3.10.12.
Note: I'm using WSL on Windows10

I bootstrap account with command 'cdk bootstrap aws://my-account-ID/my-account-region'.
