Error: Cannot find module 'nopt' on Cordova 9.0.0

Question

I upgraded Cordova from 8.1.1 to 9.0.0 and when I build my Android app, I get the following error :

Any idea how could this be fixed?

Try to remove/add the platform again

cordova platform rm android
cordova platform add android@latest
