How setTransformOriginPoint of QGraphicsRectItem for rotation and offset

I didn't find the answer so I would like to ask how to set origin point for rotation. For example I set the Origin Point for rotation to [200,200] and I would like to keep the Origin Point for rotation before and after the offset occurs. I tried setTransformOriginPoint but it doesn't work and it still takes [0,0] as the Origin Point for rotation. Thanks.
