I'm currently working on a project that requires users to be able to view DDS files in my application, but I haven't been able to find a way to either directly display DDS files or convert DDS files to JPG. ImageMagick does this but as far as I understand it requires a command line tool and a host of dll files to be distributed with my application and I would rather avoid that if possible. Any help would be highly appreciated.
