I have installed Oracle 18c xe in windows 10 , I am connecting Oracle but getting errors TNS-01150: The address of the specified listener name is incorrect TNS-01153: Failed to Process the String: (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=localhost))(PORT=1521))
