npm throw error, could not able to understand

here is the error I am getting while i do npm install.

I have cleaned the cache multiple time. and restarted the system as well. nothing helps. please help me to understand the issue.

Hard to tell for sure, but perhaps something is awry with one of the packages as is mentioned in this rather new-ish github issue (https://github.com/npm/cli/issues/4992).

The suggestion there is to there it with the --no-audit flag, so I assume your command will be npm instal --no-audit
