snappypdf error while creating a pdf in laravel

this is the line where it is occuring

   $pdf = SnappyPDF::loadHTML($html)->save('reports/cargo_manifest_' . str_pad($cargo->id, 6, '0', STR_PAD_LEFT) . '.pdf');

The code works fine in my local environment but it gives the above mentioned error on my server,

any help will be appreciated

You are probably missing a dependency.

Try this: sudo apt install libssl-dev or sudo apt-get install libssl1.0-dev

If it doesn't work, tell me what is your server operating system and I will update my answer accordingly.
