Want to start mysql and apache services on program start

Question

I convert laravel application to desktop application using inno Setup Compiler and it's run successfully but main issue is that i have to start WAMP server manually.i want to start mysql and apache when application start.

I am new to inno setup compiler so i followed steps and fill out details that are asked in setup for converting application to Desktop app.
